How did you come to performing audiobooks?

Khristine Hvam — a wonderful narrator and human — recruited me to audition for SPIN: The Rumpelstiltskin Musical, which was sort of the first audiobook musical. I played Rump, and had a ball with a full cast of Broadway talent. I even got to watch the legendary Jim Dale record one day in studio, which was unbelievable; needless to say, I was inspired to keep pursuing audiobook narration after that experience. We also picked up an Audie Award!
