What do you always have in the booth?

Water and probably coffee (despite it being somewhat frowned upon). Definitely lip balm. And, of course, my iPad.

How did you come to performing audiobooks?

“For a number of years I shared a talent manager and some classes with fellow-actor Gabra Zackman. She had been working at Audible, and very generously introduced me to producer-extraordinaire Mike Charzuk. I auditioned for Mike and was off and running…er, reading.”

Anything else you’d like a listener to know?

“I grew up a voracious reader. Book fair beggar, Book It! glutton, head under the covers past my bedtime with a flashlight and a book…the whole bit. I know how absolutely transportive a book can be, and so I’m genuinely honored when a listener wants me along for the ride. It feels like an act of companionship in a sacred space, and that really delights me!”
