Multiple episodes of The Daily podcast from The New York Times, the original audio series Bubble (also director, Best of the Year Award from Apple), StanLand (with Bobby Moynihan, Rhea Seehorn, and Jon Hamm), and commercial spots for ESPN and Lego.

What do you always have in the booth?

An ergonomic chair, a monitor and desk, a keyboard and mouse, and the iPad stand. It’s… pretty spartan.

How did you come to performing audiobooks?

I was performing improv at UCB, podcasting, and telling live stories in Los Angeles. My cohost is an author, and I produced her audiobook. She found ACX to distribute it, and once I saw that I could audition, things happened very quickly after that. A publisher found me, I recorded a book, then the editor thought of me for another audiobook, which became a multiple-award winner, and named by Audible one of the best audiobooks of all time. So I kept going.

I’m honored to be able to tell stories for a living. And there’s a lot more to tell.
