RBmedia Acquires U.K. Indie Boldwood Books

Maryland-based audiobook giant RBmedia has acquired U.K. commercial fiction publisher Boldwood Books, keeping CEO Amanda Ridout in place and preserving the indie's distinctive same-day audio, print, and e-book release model.
