What do you always have in the booth?

I don’t have a lot on my desk in my booth. I like a clear table when narrating. However, water and lip balm are a must! I also have paper and pens for notes; eye glasses, my ipad, and a crystal or two for energy.

How did you come to performing audiobooks?

I came to audiobooks out of curiosity. I had been an avid listener for years, going back to cassette tapes. Every time I listened to a book I became completely immersed, it was better than going to a movie. I started to wonder about the profession and did some research. Everything I learned was from the ground up. I became the editor, the actor, the director and the business manager. The skills took some time to learn, but have been valuable in shaping my audiobook career.

If there is a will, there is a way. Nothing is impossible.
