What do you always have in the booth?

Microphone, water, lip balm and a readiness to play! I am surprisingly low maintenance.

How did you come to performing audiobooks?

I think the seeds were sown very early on for me. I always loved entertaining, telling stories and creating unique personas and back stories for all my toys! In class when teachers would ask if someone would like to read something out loud, I was always the annoying kid that volunteered. My professional career began when I was scouted to do a video game called Aquaria which ended up winning best independent game at GDC, I have been voice acting ever since and can't think of anything else I would rather do.

Anything else you’d like a listener to know?

The older I get the more I don't believe in coincidences. The things that happen in our lives and the people we encounter, both good and bad, are not random but you may not always understand the reason at the time. Have faith that hard work, kindness, integrity and humility will always win out and the right opportunities will not pass you by.
