What do you always have in the booth?

Headbands, to keep my hair from tickling the microphone; sparkling water from my sodastream; and sometimes a cold and tasty IPA microbrew, if I'm nearing the end of a long recording session.

How did you come to performing audiobooks?

With 3 1/2 decades as a professional actor, a lifetime passion for literature, and extensive stage work involving adaptations of literature for theatre, audiobooks became a natural outgrowth of my work.

Anything else you’d like a listener to know?

Reading is one of the great pleasures of life! And I love how audiobooks add a friendly intimacy to the experience.
