How did you come to performing audiobooks?

I started with the Library of Congress in DC in 1997 as side work while working as a SAGAFTRA, AEA actress. I thought it a one time job, but got put on their roster and fell in love with audiobooks. I kept up the LOC work for many many years, even after moving into commercial books, along with all my other professional voiceover work.

Anything else you’d like a listener to know?

I always create particular listeners I envision to whom I am reading and work with them, laugh, cry and enter into the materials with them. Being in the studio is not a lonely place for me!
